The Ember of the Heart
A winter gathering of movement and breath
When winter comes, with early evenings and the coldness outside, it can affect our inner fire. A lack of strength and difficulty staying motivated with our dreams and passions. That is what this event is for. We gather to support each other on the journey. These three hours together is meant to be a gentle breath on our hearts ember, allowing it to glow stronger. A reminder of why following the heart matters, also in the darkness, until spring comes back again and the world begins to bloom again.
Through guided somatic movement, we explore the different rhythms and expressions of our inner fire. Moving between stillness and expression, softness and intensity, we invite the body to awaken, play, release and reconnect with its natural vitality.
A journey of listening, moving and letting go, gradually creating space to soften, turn inward and transition into Tuva's guided breathwork. There is no choreography to follow, no right way to move and nothing to achieve. Just an invitation to meet yourself where you are, and follow your own curiosity.
The guided breathwork is a journey into the heart, where rest and passion meet. An opportunity to connect with what inspires you, clarity of action and the quiet power that is already inside you. A session created to allow you to connect with what you need and finding your own inner rhythm.
